1. Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of the content they submit, post or display on or through the Platform. By submitting content, Users grant Unchained a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display such content in connection with the Platform and Unchained's business.

2. Prohibited Content

Content must not:

Infringe or violate another party's intellectual‑property rights.

Contain defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful material.

Contain viruses, malware or harmful code.

Violate any person's privacy rights, including posting personal information without consent.

Unchained reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

3. DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at [dmca@unchained.example.com] with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Platform.

Your contact information (name, address, telephone number and email address).

A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. The user may submit a counter‑notification if they believe the content was removed in error.

Repeat infringers' accounts may be terminated.
